Salmon and Asparagus Quiche
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- A small cup of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- A glass of milk
- 150 grams of salmon
- 150 grams of green asparagus
Prepare a dough with a dash of milk, flour and oil until they stick in their hands. Put the dough into a mold below and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
It beat the eggs and glass of milk and has put a pinch of salt. Cut the asparagus and salmon into cubes and mix with the mixture.
Pour over all and bake the dough in half again put in the oven for fifteen minutes until cooked.
